What this site is

Overfitted.tech is a personal media and writing project: an AI-assisted newsletter pipeline, an essay series (The Long Game), and a technical write-up of how the pipeline works. Content is drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publishing. We say this openly rather than hide it.

No professional advice

Nothing published here (newsletter issues, essays, or the stack write-up) is financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. It's commentary and analysis on the AI industry, offered as-is, and you should do your own research before acting on anything you read here.

Accuracy

We run automated fact-checking and hallucination-detection steps before anything ships, and a human reviews the draft too, but AI-assisted writing can still be wrong. If you spot an error, email us and we'll correct it.

Third-party services

Newsletter subscriptions run on Substack. Digital product purchases run on Gumroad or Dodo. Using those services means you're also agreeing to their own terms. We don't control or take responsibility for how they operate.

Digital products

Digital products sold via Gumroad or Dodo are subject to whatever refund/access terms are stated on that product's own listing page at time of purchase, plus that platform's own terms of service.

Written content, essays, and site design are © Aseem Rajvanshi unless otherwise noted. Don't republish full newsletter issues or essays elsewhere without permission; short quotes with attribution and a link back are fine.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the project changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you're accessing this site from outside India, you're responsible for compliance with your own local laws as well.
